Order Processing

Processing times may vary during product launches, high-volume periods, promotional events, or due to circumstances outside our control. If we are unable to ship your order within the estimated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated shipping estimate or another resolution as required by applicable law.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is placed. The final shipping cost may vary based on your location, selected shipping method, order size, and available carrier options.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, Eclera primarily ships within the United States.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or provided by the shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

International Shipping

At this time, Eclera does not offer international shipping unless international shipping options are made available at checkout.

If international shipping becomes available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. Eclera is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Delays

Eclera is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, high-volume shipping periods, or other events outside our reasonable control.

If your package appears delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier. You may also contact us at cruzshahi@gmail.com and we will do our best to help review the situation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Eclera is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at cruzshahi@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee that shipping address changes can be made after an order has been placed, processed, or shipped.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check the delivery location, mailbox, front desk, building office, neighbors, household members, and any other safe delivery areas first.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us at cruzshahi@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information. We will review the situation and may assist with filing a carrier claim when appropriate.

Eclera is not responsible for stolen packages or packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will make reasonable efforts to help you investigate the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cruzshahi@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. This helps us review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Pre-Orders or Backordered Items

If an item is listed as a pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping timeframe will be provided on the product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation.

If the estimated shipping timeframe changes, we will contact you with an update.

Returns and Refunds
