At Eclera, each order is prepared with care. Because we are an early-stage business and our products are personal-use textile goods, all sales are final at this time.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect product selection, opened or used items, or carrier delays after an order has been handed off for shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at cruzshahi@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue. Once reviewed, we will work to make it right through a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, washed, worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or removed from their original packaging.

We also cannot accept returns for sale items, promotional items, gift cards, limited-release products, or items marked Final Sale.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment or shipment begins. Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return Shipping

Because we do not accept general returns at this time, return shipping labels are not provided unless we specifically request a return for an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Policy Updates

As Eclera grows, we may update this policy to offer broader return or exchange options. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order unless otherwise required by law.
